Executive Order 155 na Nagre-regulate sa presyo ng mga Gamot Aprobado na

Sa hangaring mabigyan ang mga Pilipino ng access sa abot-kayang mga gamot, nilagdaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang isang executive order (EO) na magre-regulate sa mga presyo ng mga gamot na ginagamit upang matugunan ang mga pangunahing sanhi ng morbidity sa bansa.

"This is part of efforts to improve access to affordable, quality medicines and reduce the health-related expenses of our countrymen, consistent with the goals of the Universal Health Care Act," ayon kay Nograles.

Sa ilalim ng EO 155, Inatasan ni Duterte ang lahat ng mga manufacturer, importer, distributor, wholesalers, traders at retailer na "ipakita ang retail price na hindi lalampas sa MRP" gaya ng nakasaad sa order.

Kasama sa mga gamot na ito ang Ibandronic Acid, Oxycodone, Sumatriptan, Dexmedetimidine, Nitroglycerin, Flecainide, Fenoterol + Ipratropium Bromide, Theophylline, Clavulanic Acid + Ticarcillin, Tinzaparin, Levetiracetam, Acarbose, Insulin Glulisine, Insulin Lispro + Insulin Lisproglutide + Insulin Lisproglutide Desmopressin, Palonosetron, Acetazolamide, at Pravastatin.
